TOS (Terms of Service)

1. Payment and Refunds50% of the total price must be paid upfront before starting the artwork.If the client cancels the order after production has started, the payment will not be refunded.If the artwork is already in progress, no refunds will be issued.If the client cancels before the artwork has started, a refund will be provided.

2. Right of RefusalI reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.

3. Artwork UsageThe client may use the artwork for personal use only (e.g., icons, banners, personal prints).Reselling, editing, or claiming the artwork as your own is not allowed.

4. Deadlines and DeliveryThe production time varies depending on the artwork's complexity and my availability.If an unexpected delay occurs, the client will be notified.

5. Copyright and PublicityI retain the copyright of the artwork and may showcase it in my portfolio or social media.
